Women's Health
Our practitioners provide comprehensive women’s health care across all stages of life, from adolescence through menopause. From routine preventive care to more complex concerns, we work collaboratively with you to develop care plans that feel thoughtful, informed, and individualized. Visits are designed to allow time for questions, conversation, and shared decision-making.
We are deeply committed to trauma-informed care. Exams are approached with care, consent, and clear communication at every step. Whether this is your first gynecologic visit, you have a history of trauma, or pelvic exams feel intimidating, our goal is to create an experience that feels safe, respectful, and empowering.
Example services include:
- Pap tests and HPV screening
- Breast exams and referrals for mammography
- Contraception counseling and prescriptions
- IUD and Nexplanon insertions and removals
- Natural family planning education
- Sexual health counseling
- STI testing and treatment
- Management of heavy or abnormal bleeding
- Wellness labs and preventive screening, including blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol
- Fertility assessment and counseling
- Mental health screening and support
- Pelvic floor concerns, including urinary incontinence and painful intercourse
