Jeff Giles, MBA
Co-owner & CFO
Jeff has the honor of being married to Dr. Amy Giles and managing all the behind-the-scenes operations that make AMFW run smoothly. From supplies, to maintenance, and sometimes even gardening, Jeff has us covered.
Josephine Merkle
Office Manager
Josephine joined our team in December 2016 as our office manager. She is a native Dallasite and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Social Work. She currently lives in McKinney with her husband.
Janice Iriarte
Accounts Manager
Janice has been with the practice since 2004 and quickly became an irreplaceable asset to the team. As our insurance guru, she acts as our financial management point person. Janice also has the unique perspective of being an employee and client. Her third child was welcomed at home with the love and support of our birth center CNMs.
Hannah Brittain, RN
Clinic Nurse Lead
Hannah is a compassionate nurse who began her career in 2020. After welcoming her son at Allen Midwifery in 2023, she was inspired to join the team in 2024. Her personal experience allows her to provide empathetic, patient-centered care to the families she serves.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two-year-old son doing anything outside!
Elizabeth 'Liz' Duelm
Medical Assistant
Liz is a dedicated Medical Assistant who joined the practice in 2023. With a passion for supporting women and families, she is committed to providing compassionate, attentive care to mothers and babies. She finds great fulfillment in walking alongside families during important moments in their healthcare journey, ensuring each patient feels heard, respected, and well cared for.
Outside of work, Liz is a proud wife and mother to two wonderful girls. Her personal experience as a mother brings added empathy and understanding to the care she provides every day.
